RESET RETREAT

Reset Retreat is the perfect way to reset after a busy summer and take time for YOURSELF! This three night retreat will be held in a brand new home at Coral Canyon Resort, just outside of Zion National Park. Plan on daily yoga, time enjoying your private pool and hot tub, chef prepared meals, journaling, red rock meditations, and a day hiking in world-renowned Zion National Park. Only a two hour drive from Las Vegas or a four hour drive from Salt Lake City, make the trip and we can reset together!

We will be staying for five nights at Danyasa Yoga Retreat & Eco Lodge, a private yoga retreat center surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast. Located in the popular beach town of Dominical, we will have the entire property to ourselves! Minutes from the beach, Dominical is known for its local markets, surfing, adventure, exploration, and relaxation. Imagine yourself sitting beneath a majestic waterfall, exploring the rainforest, diving under the warm waves, and practicing yoga in a beautiful world-class, open-air studio while staying in your eco-chic, up-cycled container suite. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi this trip is about CONNECTION. We will not be working on form, technique or mastering difficult shapes. Instead, this trip is about expanding your heart, filling it with more love for yourself, your life, and others. Each morning will be an invigorating sweaty flow class before breakfast and each day ends with Pajama Yin….gentle, opening shapes and stretches before bed.
We will meditate daily, journal daily, do group and partner work, experience a Slow Burn class the first night and seal our practices with a closing ceremony the last day. Additionally, you’ll have free time to rest, explore the many beaches and beach clubs nearby or lounge at the house.
METTA:
Metta means to care and wish well for another being without judging them, to accept them independently of agreeing or disagreeing with them, and without wanting anything from them in return. It is a universal love that can overcome all social, religious, ethnic, political and economic barriers. As a result of metta, one can experience another state of the four Buddhist virtues: joy, a true happiness in another’s happiness.
